W.net established this program to enable members to maximize their potential and position themselves for greater success. It provides protégés access and exposure to a network of high achievers and industry role models who serve as mentors. Mentors also greatly benefit from their participation in the program by broadening their horizons through leadership skills, exposure to alternative corporate cultures, and the pride of mentoring an emerging industry leader. The W.net Mentoring Committee facilitates matches through the online questionnaire process, and pairs protégés who have outlined specific career goals with experienced mentors at the top of their field. W.net facilitates two Gateway to Success mentoring sessions each year.
