As the prior President of PYMNTS.com, and senior executive at Discover Financial Services, JPMorgan Chase and Sears Credit, Gloria developed solutions for alternative payments, digital wallet, mobile, contactless and prepaid card products including product development and management, branding and communications, and pricing.

Chris is very active in the payments community, currently serving as Technology Committee Vice Chairperson for the Electronic Transaction Association (ETA). In 2009, she received the ETA’s Committee Volunteer of the Year Award for her efforts with the Technology Committee. Chris also serves on the Board of Directors of the Women’s Network in Electronic Transactions (W.net), a not-for-profit organization that supports women in the electronic payments industry. A Midwestern native, Chris holds a BA in Communications and Marketing from St. Louis University.

Prior to Google, Carol served as vice president of marketing at Tyfone and led a business development team for IBM out of Bangalore, India. She began her career in the inaugural Marketing Leadership Program at Discover Card.
For more than 25 years, Joan has earned a reputation as a leader in the high-tech industry. Since joining ControlScan, she has expanded the company’s position as a leading PCI compliance and security provider focused on ISOs and acquirers serving small to mid-sized merchants. Previously she served as chief executive officer of Cambia Security, Inc. and of XcelleNet, Inc.
Joan sits on the board of directors for the Technology Association of Georgia and Presidential Advisory Board for ETA.
